Web Content - Upcoming Exhibits

The Upcoming Exhibits web content allows creation of a page listing all exhibitions currently available that are also flagged as "Is Public." It can be configured to display a number of options, such as displaying a floorplan, submitting a booth application, and more.

The purpose of this page is to allow access, by non-staff users, to current and upcoming exhibitions, and to allow users to register, learn more, and otherwise take action on these exhibitions.

Note: Only non-staff users with a relationship allowing purchase on behalf of an organization can complete a booth purchase.

The page configured to show upcoming exhibits should use the content item: Upcoming Exhibits.

Configuration settings for this content include:

• Allow Booth Application

• Allow Details View

• Allow Attendee Registration
  • Set Attendee Registration Page
• Allow Floorplan View
  • Set Floorplan View Page
• Allow Exhibitor List
  • Set Exhibitor List View Page

Each of the settings enables or disables a button on the Upcoming Exhibits page and the related item selected in the page drop-down field specifies the page that should link to each button.

Result

The resulting page displays a list of Upcoming Exhibits. The buttons under each exhibition are determined by the settings configured in the Upcoming Exhibits web content item.
